Dance from Home!

Dancers who don't have access to a dance studio in their area are encouraged to join us from home. You'll have access to the daily music, and be connected to dancers through the structure, sojournal, timing, music, Facebook and the process. Push back your couch and make a little room for your dancing feet! All you need is a computer and an internet connection.

Registration Closed
International dancers — the online version of the Sojournal is included with your registration fee. If you would also like to purchase a professionally printed version please contact us for more details.

  • Momentum Studio
1028 SE Water Ave, Portland Oregon

Here in the soft grey light of our winter mornings, we enter the darkened studio, our cave, and curl back into our dreams. Our gentle breath, our heart beat, a simple unfurling of the moment. This time of introspection, of rich dreaming and connection to the deep Mystery, gives us the opportunity to attend to our inner life. We gather ourselves in the good company of other dancers as we reach into this new year.

I'd love to have you join us ~ in studio or from home ~ and help infuse our individual and communal hopes and dreams for this new year. The world needs our light.
